This is subject to capacity and preference is given to patients who are not enrolled in a Medical Centre in Canterbury. Patients are enrolled with the practice and not a specific doctor though you can request an appointment with a specific doctor depending on their availability.

Please complete the online form or come into the practice to collect or complete a form and our reception team will be in touch when we have space to enrol you. You remain enrolled with your current practice until you receive this notification.

Note all patients 18+ will require a 30-minute appointment with a doctor within 4 weeks of enrolling as part of the initial enrolment process, see our fees page for charges.

Silverstream Medical Centre is a member of the Pegasus Health PHO which provides funding, subsidised care and special programs for enrolled patients.
